Construction Supervision Inspector

Implement on behalf of the customer technical supervision of construction and erection works and acceptance of the completed facilities of the contractor industry.
Give out tasks and perform checks.
Solves problems on contracting and subcontracting, control processes of work, consistency, splitting questions, installation of cranes, fences, cancellation of materials, progress payment, works with customer service and engineering services of the city.
Monitors the progress of capital construction plans, appropriate volume, timing and quality of construction and installation work, as well as quality of materials, products and structures approved by design and estimate documentation, working drawings, building codes, standards, specifications, labor standards.
Participates in the issues concerning introduction of changes to the projects in connection with the introduction of more advanced production processes, space-planning and design solutions that reduce costs and improve technical and economic performance of construction projects and reconstruction.
Takes part in the consideration and approval arising during construction changes of design decisions, quickly resolve issues, if necessary, replacement of materials, products and designs (without reducing the quality of construction projects).
Learns the causes of failures and deteriorating terms of quality of construction works, takes measures for their prevention and elimination.
Carries out technical acceptance of the completed construction and installation works and objects, issues the necessary technical documentation.
Participates in the work of commissions on acceptance of construction projects and putting them into operation.
Monitors the quality of construction companies to eliminate defects, defects in the Commission's terms.
Keeps a record of the completed construction and installation work and prepares the necessary data for reporting on the implementation of plans for capital construction.
