Responsibilities: 
Receives Material Request (hereinafter referred to as MR) and supporting documentation from Company's RA Coordinator via email.
Records items from received MR including all identifying data into process tracking tools for follow-up planning and control.
Considers each item individually and establishes requirements in accordance with all applicable technical regulations, standards and norms of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
If the required technical data is not provided during MR review, then provisional requirements are to be established.
First and foremost, consider the possibility of using existing valid documents confirming compliance (serial certificates) and other permitting documentation.
Defines certification and declaration strategies with the required number of samples to be tested and the return/non-return of samples after testing.
Secondly, it establishes a strategy for obtaining all necessary authorization documents upon arrival of materials in the Republic of Kazakhstan, while determining certification/declaration schemes, as well as, if necessary, determining the number of samples for testing, return/non-return.
Indicates the list of required technical, operational and shipping documentation, and (or) other information necessary to obtain compliance certificates and approval documentation for each item.
Indicates the estimated timeframe for obtaining compliance and approval documents for each item according to established test strategies, schemes, and types of testing.
Upon establishment of requirements and determination of the strategy for each item, Contractor shall submit a completed RA Attachment in the established form within one (1) calendar day from the date of receipt of the MR.
The Contractor shall track each item using an agreed process tracking tool and clarify and update the requirements and strategy as necessary to confirm compliance through all phases of the procurement, including Purchase Order, Inspection Release Report, Shipping Release Note, and Customs Clearance.
After arrival of materials and equipment to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, customs clearance, issue of customs declaration with assigned EAEU FEACN codes, the Contractor shall review the previously established requirements and strategies for each item. If FEACN code is assigned incorrect, it provides recommendations and justification for possible adjustment with customs control authorities.
Provides timely and complete input and updates of data into relevant process tracking tools and continuously monitors certification requirements for each item.
Provide the above consulting services on weekends and holidays only in case of emergency and/or business necessity as agreed by the parties.
