Responsibilities:

Organizes monitoring and control of work schedule compliance, personnel deployment in accordance with client requirements, arranges air/train tickets and accommodation, and ensures timely information and communication with project staff.

Checks the availability of materials, equipment, and information resources necessary for employees to perform their assigned duties, and takes measures to prevent downtime, accidents, and temporary work stoppages.

Conducts operational planning, coordination, and technical supervision during construction.

Provides timely reports to the Client.

Coordinates cooperation with the Client on technical supervision matters, and ensures timely mobilization of employees in accordance with Client requests.

Monitors project documentation, analyzes, and maintains accounts.

Assesses the quality of each employee's work, ensures efficient use of working time, and determines the possibility of assigning additional responsibilities.

Determines the priority and sequence of work tasks.

Determines the criteria for job candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.

Provides timely notification to the HR and Occupational Safety departments regarding employee hiring/firing, incidents, personnel deficiencies identified during inspections, and probationary period results.

Communicates with clients on document management issues, ensuring timely provision of final, interim, and other reports/documents.

Monitors the quality of customer service.

Participates in the development of new company services, the preparation of tender documentation, and commercial contracts;

Organizes and conducts technical events, meetings, and negotiations with external current and potential partners (suppliers, contractors).

Prepares summary reports on the progress and interim results of work for senior management and proposes improvements.

Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety and fire safety regulations.
