Technical supervision specialist 1st level of responsibility

Responsible for identifying site issues during Technical verification process, recommending resolutions and monitoring dispositions and corrective actions.
Responsible for carrying out or monitoring the verification activities and reporting the results of these verification activities to site manager.
Ensure that the technical verification matrix is well maintained, updated, & readily available whenever required.
Ensuring that a system for the acquisition of records, of verification activities and other correspondence relating to verification is established and maintained.  This is to include any non-conformance findings and the appropriate response to such items.
Ensure that the log books are maintained upon completion of each activity and one copy is readily available at site and the other one is handed over to company for records.
Responsible for organization and daily running of the site technical verification activities.
Liaise closely with the TV inspectors among the team to ensure that all relevant certifications have been reviewed, verified, and endorsed to comply with RoK authority and project specification requirements.
Ensures that all certifications are properly distributed to the appropriate personnel.
Ensures the security of the master copy of certification until they are handed over to company concerned department under a signature or receipt.
