Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Oil & Gas / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering
2. Strong Past Experience as Site or Project Manager.
3. Previous TCO experience is preferrable
4. Past Experience as Manager in the Client Side (Preferrable to have TCO experience)
5. Proficiency in English, Russian Languages (Speaking, Writing)
6. Strong Technical Knowledge about Oil & Gas Plant Operations

Duties:
1. Lead & manage the team of Methane Emission Management
2. Coordinate and manage the overall project administration
3. Day to day communication with Client
4. Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports and other deliverables
