Qualifications:
1. Technical Diploma in Oil & Gas / Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering
2. Previous TCO experience as Technician, coordinator, etc. is preferrable
3. Proficiency in English, Russian Languages (Speaking, Writing)
4. Experience / Knowledge about Oil & Gas Plant and its HSE requirements
Duties:
1. Support the project team to take methane emission measurements within the plant
2. Day to day field visit and perform methane verification with specific equipment
3. Identify any risks or non-compliance during verification and report to immediate manager
4. Prepare the daily inspection report and submit to immediate manager and client
5. maintain and manage the measuring equipment in good condition.
