Required Qualification and certificates: Higher professional education (Degree) / Diploma in related discipline

Experience: 5 years and more

Job responsibilities:

Planning and organizing work activities.

Obtaining and managing Permit to Work (PTW) approvals.

Conducting and documenting Job Safety Analysis (JSA) / Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).

Verifying the readiness of personnel, equipment, and tools.

Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Conducting pre-job safety meetings and Toolbox Talks.

Coordinating activities among all parties involved in the work.

Monitoring the implementation of isolation procedures (LOTO), gas testing, hot work, working at height, and other critical activities.

Stopping work when unsafe conditions or unsafe acts are identified.

Ensuring work is performed in accordance with approved procedures, standards, specifications, and drawings.

Authorizing, signing, and closing work permits as required.

Preparing reports and participating in incident investigations when necessary.
