NDUSTRY SALES EXECUTIVE
The Industry Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Bureau Veritas services to a portfolio of 20-50 clients across prospect, local account, and key account categories. This role requires a self-motivated sales professional with strong market knowledge and the ability to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities while promoting packaged service solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and understand local business needs to develop targeted sales strategies
- Manage a portfolio of 20-50 clients including prospects, local accounts, and local entities of Key Accounts (within scope of services)
- Sell services of the assigned Bureau Veritas entity with appropriate cross-selling opportunities within the Operating Group
- Apply selection and prioritization criteria to focus efforts on the most promising clients
- Promote packaged services with limited customization to maximize efficiency and scalability
Client & Relationship Management
- Contribute to the proposal preparation process for assigned accounts
- Collect and communicate client satisfaction feedback to management
- Maintain strong relationships across assigned portfolio to ensure retention and growth
Operational & Compliance
- Report to M&S Operations Management (dual reporting structure possible)
- Operate within the scope of assigned Bureau Veritas entity services while encouraging cross-selling within the Operating Group
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by first-line manager
- Comply with Bureau Veritas Corporate standards and BV 3 Absolutes: Safety, Ethics, and Financial Control
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (5+ years for Senior-level positions)
- Strong knowledge of Bureau Veritas services within assigned market scope
- Self-driven and highly motivated professional
- "Hunter" profile with demonstrated growth orientation
- Understanding of HSE compliance requirements and commitment to safety culture
