Job Description – Civil Supervisor

Wind Farm Project, Romania

Position: Civil Supervisor
Location: various locations (Romania)
Type: Fixed-term – Project duration

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all civil works including foundation excavation, concrete pouring, and structural installations for wind turbine bases
• Monitor construction quality, material compliance, and adherence to technical specifications and design drawings
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports; track schedule and budget performance
• Manage surveying activities, setting out, and dimensional verification of structures
• Ensure compliance with Romanian building codes and Bureau Veritas technical standards
• Document all construction activities, test results, and quality assurance records
• Identify and resolve technical issues; coordinate with design team on change orders
• Liaise with local authorities and project stakeholders on civil construction matters

Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 5+ years' experience in renewable energy or large infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with construction management software and surveying tools
• Strong knowledge of Romanian civil engineering regulations and international standards
• Excellent communication skills (English/Romanian fluency)
• Availability for permanent on-site placement
