Renewable Project Manager

 

Purpose of the position / Overall task:

 

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and managing company’ renewables projects.

 

Responsibilities and main activities:

 

  • Identify, develop, and implement new renewables projects/products/services.
  • Responsible for the renewables projects from all points of view (commercial, technical, financial), from offer stage until implementation and closing of the projects.
  • Plan the projects by:
  • Developing effective project strategies
  • Creating detailed project timelines
  • Defining project scope and objectives
  • Budgeting management resources and financial forecasting
  • Ensure the technical management of the projects developed by:
  • Coordinating engineering and supervision teams
  • Overseeing technical design review
  • Managing client communications and interactions
  • Ensuring compliance with technical standards & local legislation
  • Lead and coordinate renewables initiatives and projects across the company’ internal divisions and departments (Industry, Building & Infrastructure).
  • Achieve the financial KPI’s (Revenue, Operating Profit and Sales Budget targets) for the renewables business line.
  • Coordinate the commercial offers, assuring their follow-up and delivery to the clients within the established deadlines.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the latest renewables trends and best practices.
  • Maintain awareness of new legislation and regulations related to renewables.

 

Professional requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering / environmental sciences / economics, or similar fields of study.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in electrical engineering / renewables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with environmental management systems (EMS) or other specific reporting tools.
