Responsibilities:

• Understanding project specifications and develop time schedules.
• Analyse project specifications and providing material estimates, plans and schedules for project delivery.
• Recommend appropriate improvements to ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluate reports.
• Monitor and track project progress and prepare daily / weekly / monthly updates of the project.
• Create variance reports at various stages of the project to analyse deviations.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Perform any other related duties that the Company may assign from time to time.

Qualification:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar field or work scope is an advantage.
• Experience in using Primavera P6.
• Planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills.
• Good communication, inter-personal and leadership skills.
