We’re looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Executive for Certification Department to join our team in Iraq.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in sales within Iraq market, Preferably in OIL&GAS industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Kurdish, Arabic and English language.

Main Responsibilities: Certification Sales:

  1. To identify new customers and business potentials and to carry out marketing activities
  2. Planning the necessary activities by performing market and competitor analyses
  3. To communicate with potential customers and to ensure the introduction of BV Kuwait services and new products,
  4. To participate in the selected fairs and seminars
  5. Email application form & ensure quick receipt of filled application form from client
  6. Preparation for Application & CR review for submission to LTM for formal contract review
  7. Pre-qualification, tenders/ offers/ documentation preparation for standard enquiry/ services
  8. To secure new sales including new certification clients, management training .Be up to date with CER-MS on Connections, Sales Force etc.
  9. To plan sales visits for new clients in addition to follow up visits according to set KPIs
  10. Prepare offer based on approved contract review with a MD rate approved by Management
  11. Submit & follow up proposal to contract signature stage and hand over to operations team
  12. Maintain sales visit log and register opportunities in Sales Force
  13. To carry out the activities required to fulfill the objectives assigned to the job description
  14. Send email notification & Application forms to the clients six months prior to expiry and regular follow up on the same
  15. Prepare Contract Reviews for re-cert contracts, get it approved by the concerned reviewer and issue proposals accordingly.
  16. Maintain the signed contracts file for original signed copies received.
  17. Follow up calls to the existing clients as required.
  18. Correspond with CER Coordinator for transition from CER sales to operations
  19. Use of CRM Tools and data entry
  20. Weekly Visit plan for the following week and actual visit report for current week.
  21. Update Sales log on daily basis and keep AWI log up to date.
  22. Tabular sales report detailing sales performance on monthly & quarterly basis.
