Qualification:

 

• Minimum GCE O-Level or National Diploma; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or Metallurgy Engineering preferred.

• Minimum 7 years’ Oil & Gas experience, including 5 years in Maintenance Inspection, NDT, PAUT, corrosion monitoring, and inservice inspection of topside equipment.

• Certified ASNT Level II in UT (thickness & weld), MT, PT, VT, and ET.

• Certified PCN/CSWIP PAUT Level II for weld inspection, flange face corrosion, and corrosion mapping (HydroFORM/FlexoFORM).

• Certified IRATA Level I/II/III with minimum 2 years rope access experience in Oil & Gas.

• Certified NACE CIP Level 2 with experience in coating inspection and holiday testing.

• Competent in operating and interpreting LRUT, SRUT, CUPS, PEC, IRIS, MFL, PMI, and hardness testing equipment.

• Valid Permit to Work (PTW) Holder and trained in BOSIET, OPITO H₂S, and COMPANY HSSE requirements.

• Strong working knowledge of BSP Work Management Procedures, NDT standards, and topside static equipment inspection.

• Skilled in using electronic tablets, NDT instruments, UT flaw detectors, and digital reporting tools.

• Medically fit and able to work onshore or offshore as required by COMPANY.

• Fluent in English (oral and written) with strong communication and teamwork capability.
