Qualification:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in commercial, administrative, or contract management roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas or inspection services sector.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, invoicing processes, variation management, and commercial documentation.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP/SAP systems (advantage).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage time-critical commercial deliverables.
- Knowledge of HSSE and compliance requirements applicable to Oil & Gas contractors.
- Familiarity with statutory and COMPANY requirements for Local Business Development (LBD) is an advantage.
