Requirement

1. Comprehensive knowledge of inspection techniques, procedures, specifications, standards, NDT techniques, corrosion, principles and Risk Based Inspection.
2. Knowledgeable of repair techniques fabrication, maintenance, materials, welding, painting of (statutory) equipment in oil / gas industries
3. Strong personality with drive, initiative, good team leadership and communication skills.
4. Shall be fully able to discuss technical inspection matters with the company representatives.

Qualification

1. A university degree in material engineering, metallurgy, corrosion, mechanical or an equivalent discipline
2. Technical specialist in corrosion and systems related to integrity of oil and gas equipment.
3. Evidence of previous training or courses in NDT techniques and corrosion principles.
4. Consecutive experiences with shop inspection, QCS, auditing, design and expediting services
5. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry in maintenance, inspection, and or certification of pressurized equipment and structures and or NDT
6. Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing Maintenance Inspection & NDT contracts.
7. At least 1 year experience in RBI.
