Qualification:
• Valid IRATA Level 3 certification with Assessor/Auditor authorization (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–7 years experience in rope access operations, including supervisory and auditing responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the IRATA International Code of Practice (ICoP), rigging principles, rescue techniques, equipment standards, and rope access best practices.
• Experience supporting rope access operations in Oil & Gas facilities (offshore and/or onshore).
• Familiarity with COMPANY HSSE requirements, PTW systems, and work-atheight regulations. • Strong analytical and reporting skills to identify deficiencies and recommend
corrective actions.
• Good communication skills with ability to provide clear technical guidance to rope access teams and operational stakeholders.
• Valid offshore medical and BOSIET/T-BOSIET if offshore work is required.
• Proficient in MS Office for audit reports, assessments, and documentation.
