Inspection Tools, Materials & Calibration Coordinator #BR

Responsibilities:

• Manage calibration, certification, and traceability of all inspection tools, NDT/ANDT equipment, gauges, EX-rated devices, and measuring instruments in accordance with ISO 17025 and COMPANY requirements.
• Maintain calibration registers, tool inventories, expiry tracking, and calibration certificates for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with approved laboratories and vendors for calibration, repair, and equipment servicing.
• Ensure tools, gauges, scanners, and UT devices are mobilized in certified, ready, and safe condition for onshore/offshore inspection scopes.
• Support inspection teams by ensuring timely availability of equipment during OSI, CNI, ANDT, RT, Helideck, Structural, and Vendor Inspection activities.
• Maintain documentation required by ISO 17020 inspection body requirements.
• Support QA team during audits by ensuring all inspection tools meet COMPANY and regulatory standards.

Qualification:

• HND/HNC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years experience in calibration, QA/QC equipment management, or inspection support.
• Understanding of ISO 17025 calibration principles and inspection equipment requirements.
• Familiar with NDT/ANDT tools and inspection equipment certification.
