Material Inspector #Onshore

Requirements

• Bruneian citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Welding, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in material/equipment inspection, quality control, or vendor/supplier inspection, preferably within the oil & gas, petrochemical, LNG, or similar industrial sector.
• Familiar with Quality Control Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), applicable procedures, specifications, engineering drawings, and statutory requirements.
• Able to review fabrication, certification, and data dossiers and prepare inspection/visit reports.
• Familiar with non-conformance reporting, follow-up, and close-out processes.
• Good knowledge of inspection, testing, release, and quality-record documentation processes.
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, inspection coordinators, and project stakeholders.
• Relevant inspection or quality certifications would be an advantage.
