Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE O-Level, National Diploma, or equivalent; a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry, including at least 5 years in NDT, maintenance inspection, and corrosion monitoring of in-service equipment.
- Certified ASNT Level II in UT (thickness & weld), MT, PT, VT, and ET; ASNT Level II in RT is an advantage.
- Awareness of Advanced NDT techniques such as PAUT, TOFD, LRUT, PEC, or similar methods.
- Certified IRATA Level 1 with at least 2 years of rope access experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Valid Permit to Work (PTW) Holder.
- Awareness of coating and painting inspection requirements.
- Completed all required safety training, including BOSIET, OPITO H₂S, and COMPANY-mandated HSSE courses.
- Skilled in using electronic tablets, digital reporting systems, UT gauges, flaw detectors, and portable NDT instruments.
- Knowledgeable in COMPANY/BSP Work Management Procedures (WMP) and inspection workflows for topside static equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of producing accurate technical reports and documentation.
- Medically fit and willing to work both onshore and offshore in accordance with COMPANY operational requirements.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compliant with BSP Ethics & Compliance and all COMPANY rules and requirements.
