Offshore Planner & Scheduler #BR

Qualification:

• Minimum HND in Business Administration or Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgy), or CLIENT-approved equivalent; Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry, including 3 years in Planning & Scheduling of Inspection and NDT activities for onshore and offshore facilities.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and other planning software, with ability to produce manpower plans, equipment overviews, forecasts, progress schedules, bar charts, and S-curves.
• Good understanding of engineering and inspection terminology, including isometric drawings and inspection workflows.
• Knowledge of basic finance and business management relevant to planning, cost forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; able to interact effectively with Operations, Inspectors, NDT teams, and COMPANY planners.
• Experienced with MS Office and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Demonstrates initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational discipline.
• Fluent in English (oral and written). 
• Complies with BSP Ethics & Compliance requirements.
