Responsibilities:
- Provide overall operational leadership across all onshore and offshore inspection activities, including OSI, CNI, Advanced NDT, RT, Structural, and Helideck inspection teams.
- Oversee the Operational Support Team, including lifting, scaffolding, data administration, inspection assistants, RBI, and asset integrity support functions.
- Lead and coordinate with the Quality Engineering Team (Quality Lead, QAQC Engineers, QCS Engineer, Project Quality Engineer) to ensure all work meets COMPANY quality requirements, ISO 9001, and ISO 17020 expectations.
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with COMPANY HSSE, Work Management Procedures (WMP), technical specifications, and operational controls.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower, tools, equipment, consumables, and offshore/onshore logistics readiness.
- Ensure all EX-rated tools, calibrated equipment, NDT/Advanced NDT devices, lifting gear, and inspection instruments meet COMPANY certification requirements.
- Oversee work order readiness, jobcards, and workpacks in SAP4HANA to ensure proper creation, release, and completion.
- Monitor operational progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule commitments.
- Coordinate closely with Operations Coordinators, Planners, Offshore Logistics, HSE, Technical Assurance, and Quality teams to maintain operational alignment.
- Maintain strong engagement with COMPANY representatives, addressing all technical, operational, and workforce-related matters promptly.
- Ensure inspector and technician competency, certification validity, and compliance with contract competency requirements.
- Lead operational reporting, including daily progress summaries, KPIs, performance dashboards, field challenges, and improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across inspection execution, operational support, and quality engineering functions to enhance efficiency and turnaround time
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
- 8–10 years experience in inspection, maintenance, or integrity operations within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or operational management role.
- Strong understanding of OSI, CNI, Advanced NDT, NDT, corrosion inspection, RBI, and offshore/onshore integrity workflows.
- Familiar with COMPANY Work Management Procedures (WMP), SAP PM / SAP4HANA, CIRRAS, and digital reporting processes.
- Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, including inspection personnel, support functions, and quality engineering roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management capability.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17020, equipment certification, and inspection QA/QC requirements.
- Good understanding of HSSE requirements applicable to offshore and onshore operations.
- Valid BOSIET and offshore medical (if offshore presence is required).
