Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.

• 8–10 years experience in inspection, maintenance, or integrity operations within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or operational management role.

• Strong understanding of OSI, CNI, Advanced NDT, NDT, corrosion inspection, RBI, and offshore/onshore integrity workflows.

• Familiar with COMPANY Work Management Procedures (WMP), SAP PM / SAP4HANA, CIRRAS, and digital reporting processes.

• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, including inspection personnel, support functions, and quality engineering roles.

• Strong leadership, communication, decisionmaking, and stakeholder management capability.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17020, equipment certification, and inspection QA/QC requirements.

• Good understanding of HSSE requirements applicable to offshore and onshore operations.

• Valid BOSIET and offshore medical (if offshore presence is required).
