Requirement

1. Comprehensive knowledge of inspection procedures, visual inspection & NDT techniques and corrosion principles and failure modes.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of planning and scheduling principles and reporting, and acquainted with programs like PS 7 or equivalent.
3. Working knowledge on materials, welding and painting inspection.
4. Working knowledge on oil / gas processes and equipment.
5. Working experience with Quality Management Systems and Internal Auditing.
6. Skilled and experienced with computers & MS software programs.
7. Strong personality with drive and initiative, good team leadership and communication skills

Qualification

1. A university degree in material engineering, metallurgy, corrosion, mechanical or any equivalent discipline.
2. At least PCN, CSWIP or ASNT Level II qualification in UT, RT
3. Valid ASNT, PCN or CSWIP Level II qualification in RFI
4. Evidence of Lead Auditor training or equivalent
5. Preferred API 510 or 570 certification.
6. Minimum 15 years in Maintenance Inspection & NDT in oil or gas industry, 5 years of which shall be in co-ordinating or managing position.
