Qualification:
- Minimum HND in Business Administration, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or Metallurgy Engineering, or CLIENT-approved equivalent; Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years’ experience in Planning & Scheduling for Inspection/NDT across onshore and offshore facilities.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, planning software, and forecasting tools; skilled in preparing manpower plans, equipment overviews, progress charts, bar charts, and S-curves.
- Strong understanding of inspection and engineering terminology, isometric drawings, and inspection workflows (OSI, CNI, Advanced NDT, RT, Structural).
- Knowledge of cost estimation, forecasting, and business/finance principles relevant to inspection operations.
- Fully conversant with digital planning tools, SAP/SAP4HANA planning workflows, manpower matrices, and integrated planning systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, able to guide planners, coordinators, and logistics personnel.
- Skilled in logistics planning for offshore/onshore operations, including personnel movement, marine/aviation bookings, and equipment mobilization.
- Excellent communication ability, capable of engaging effectively with COMPANY planners, operations teams, inspectors, and NDT personnel.
- Proficient in MS Office and planning/forecasting software, with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Able to work under pressure, handle multiple work fronts, and manage planning priorities in dynamic operational environments.
