Project Quality Engineer #BR

Responsibilities:

• Provide QA/QC support for project scopes, fabrication, modification, and construction activities.
• Review project ITPs, WPS/PQR, QA documents, and MDR contents.
• Monitor project quality performance and conduct surveillance at fabrication shops/field sites.
• Verify welding, NDT, materials, and coating compliance with project specifications.
• Follow up on NCRs and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare project quality reports and ensure documentation completeness for handover.

Qualification:

• HND/HNC or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• CSWIP 3.1, CSWIP/PCN Level 2 Radiographic Interpretation preferred.
• BGAS Grade 2 / NACE Level 2 advantageous.
• Additional NDT Level II certifications preferred.
• Minimum 8 years QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects (6 years for Bruneian development).
• Knowledge of welding, fabrication QA/QC, NDT, materials, and coating inspection.
