Requirement
- Working knowledge of international codes and regulations
- Conversant with the application of ISO90001 and QMS
- Working knowledge of oil / gas processes, and piping, risers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structures, lifting and drilling equipment.
- Have good understanding of the role of inspecton, fabrication and maintenance function within oil and gas industry.
- Good communication & reporting skills.
Qualification
- HNC or company approved equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry in QA/QC, inspection and auditing of which 5 years in as Senior QA/QC function.
- Shown to be competent in discipline skills with industry accreditations to support eg. Institute QA, Welding certification, ASME approvals etc.
- Minimum CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector qualification
- Minimum PCN Level II in radiographic interpretation
- Pass IRCA registered course as Lead Assessor
- Have or have had 2 additional NDT qualifications
