Quality Lead #BR

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA/QC function and oversee all quality personnel.
• Approve Quality Plans, ITPs, Surveillance Plans, and QA procedures.
• Lead audits, surveillance, and quality investigations.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with QA/QC requirements and ISO 9001 / ISO 17020.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical assurance for inspection reports and deliverables.

Qualification:

• HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certified.
• CSWIP 3.1 + CSWIP/PCN Level 2 in Radiographic Interpretation.
• BGAS Grade 2 / NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector.
• Two additional NDT Level II qualifications (or “have had”).
• Minimum 12 years QA/QC experience, including 6 years in a lead or senior role (10/5 for Bruneian development).
