Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator

• Minimum HND in Mechanical, Chemical,
Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering, or
CLIENT-approved equivalent; Engineering
Degree preferred.
• NEBOSH-certified (mandatory) with
additional certification as Lead Auditor for
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Successfully completed required HSSE
training including:
- Confined Space Entry
- Accident & Incident Investigation &
Reporting
- OPITO H₂S
- BOSIET
- Lead Auditing
- HSSE Management System training
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing
HSSE for Oil & Gas contracts or operations.
• Well-versed in BSP Work Management
Procedures (WMP) and COMPANY HSSE
requirements.
• Strong leadership, initiative, communication
capability, and ability to influence safe work
behavior across multi-discipline teams.
• Skilled in incident/accident investigation, root
cause analysis, and internal HSSE auditing.
• Competent in leading toolbox talks, QHSSE
briefings, and HSSE training sessions for
contractor personnel.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to prepare
HSSE reports, statistics, and audit
documentation.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) with
strong presentation and training delivery
skills.
• Demonstrates strong ethical behavior and
complies with all BSP Ethics & Compliance requirements.

- Incident and accident investigation and root cause analysis
  - Internal HSSE auditing and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
  - Proficiency in BSP Work Management Procedures (WMP) and HSSE requirements
  - Technical safety training (Confined Space Entry, OPITO H2S, BOSIET)
  - HSSE management system training and implementation
  - Delivery of QHSSE briefings and technical training sessions
  - Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and statistics
  - Knowledge of Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy, or Materials Engineering principles
