Responsibilities and main activities:

 

  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
  • Monitors continuously the market trends as well as the requirements and needs of customers and identify opportunities to develop clients’ portfolio;
  • Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments;
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
  • Manages and maintains up to date reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
  • Plans and implements various customer relations activities to promote Bureau Veritas services (seminars, conferences, presentations, exhibitions, etc.);
  • Identifies factors that hinder the realization of sales targets and proposes ways to optimize and/or adjust results and forecasts;
  • Maintains up to date the CRM internal systems (Sales Force etc.);.
  • Collaborates closely with Sales & Marketing teams;
  • Shares the information to the involved stakeholders from the organization (Sales tribe and P&L owners); 
  • Promotes Bureau Veritas Certification portfolio of services across a multi-disciplinary environment (cross-selling);
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quarterly and yearly result;
  • Sources, tracks and follows up sales opportunities using all available tools, including internal CRM system;
  • Consistently supports the needs of both potential and existing clients;
  • Actively participates in organizing marketing campaigns;
  • Responds to incoming enquiries via various sources over the phone and in writing;
  • Effectively manages call backs and follow-ups;
  • Contract reviews / issuing of quotes / response to requests for information;
  • Writes reports, updates and manages sales database;
  • Offers general administrative sales support for the sales team as and when required;
  • Operates in line with Bureau Veritas Core Values and Code of Ethics.
