CER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities and main activities:
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
- Monitor continuously the market trends as well as the requirements and needs of customers and identify opportunities to develop clients’ portfolio;
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments;
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
- Manages and maintain up to date reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
- Plan and implements various customer relations activities to promote Bureau Veritas services (seminars, conferences, presentations, exhibitions, etc.);
- Identifies factors that hinder the realization of sales targets and proposes ways to optimize and/or adjust results and forecasts;
- Maintain up to date the CRM internal systems (Sales Force etc.);.
- Collaborates closely with Sales & Marketing teams;
- Share the information to the involved stakeholders from the organization (Sales tribe and P&L owners);
- Promotes Bureau Veritas Certification portfolio of services across a multi-disciplinary environment (cross-selling);
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quarterly and yearly result;
- Sources, tracks and follows up sales opportunities using all available tools, including internal CRM system;
- Consistently supports the needs of both potential and existing clients;
- Actively participates in organizing marketing campaigns;
- Responds to incoming enquiries via various sources over the phone and in writing;
- Effectively manages call backs and follow-ups;
- Contract reviews / issuing of quotes / response to requests for information;
- Writes reports, updates and manages sales database
- Offers general administrative sales support for the sales team as and when required;
- Operates in line with Bureau Veritas Core Values and Code of Ethics
Professional requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business or a related field;
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point);
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- English - advanced level;
- Clean driving license B cat.
