KPO Cargo & Safety Surveyor

Job Description:

• Review of:
  • Cargo handling system of Liquefied gas carriers/Oil tankers/Chemical tankers,
  • Cargo ship fire safety/protection/fire fighting system,
  • Cargo ship life saving appliances,
  • Dangerous goods,
  • Fuel gas handling system under IGF code,
  • Crew accommodation arrangement (MLC)
• Review of drawings in accordance with the classification rules, the procedures of national and international regulations as relevant.
• Familiarize and manage the updated classification rules, national and international regulations
• Technical support for internal and external customers.
• Any other tasks requested by Manager and/or his delegates

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in naval architecture engineering or equivalent experience
• At least, 5 years of work experience at shipyards, in cargo handling system of liquefied gas carriers (LNG/LPG)
• Fluent in English – Writing and Speaking
• High level of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Open-minded and energetic, committed to client interactions.
• Communication skills with team members and management.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with other departments
