KPO Machinery Surveyor

Job Description

• Design assessment of documents (Examines machinery documents and carries out relevant calculations)
• Technical assistance (Providing technical advice to clients regarding compliance with the application of Rules and Regulations)
• Keeping and maintenance of the relevant Rules, procedures, International / national regulations and publications concerning ships approval technology

Requirement

• A bachelor’s degree within the technical fields or similar education/working experience.
• Educational backgrounds such as Marine engineering, mechanical engineering, machine design engineering are preferrable.
• At least 5 years of working experience in shipyards or similar workplaces related to the following tasks: Shafting alignment calculations, Torsional/Axial/Bending Vibrations calculations, Piping Systems, Machinery equipment, etc.
• Fluent English writing and speaking
• High level of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Drivers’ license
• Open-minded and energetic, committed to client interactions.
• Communication skills with team members and management.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with other departments
