Principal Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the sales and business development for S.E. Asia Agri Commodities Division 
  • Analysis of the market to identify trends, opportunities and communication of those opportunities to Operations and Management
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, trading houses, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities
  • Key Account Management for major customers
  • Work closely with Global Service Line and provide sales, marketing and networking support
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and communicate user requirements to improve product offerings
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients as a trusted industry consultant
  • Organise, manage and co-ordinate customer visits, sales and marketing activities
  • Be responsible for the coordination and submission of tender documents, rates and quotations



  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in Agri Commodities inspection and testing field
  • Growth mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Self-driven with resilience to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth
  • Knowledge of S.E. Asia and global Agri Commodities trade and distribution.
  • Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
