As part of a global transformation of digital, asset-centric OPEX solutions, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Oil & Gas OPEX division an Asset Integrity & Reliability Manager (F-M-D) on a permanent contract.

 

Reporting to Andrea, the Product Portfolio O&G OPEX & Late Life Director, you will join a team of experts.  This position is based in one of our European agencies.

 

You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of global Asset Integrity, Reliability Management, advanced inspection, process safety, and digital OPEX service development.

 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

 

Your mission is to lead the strategic development, modernization, standardization, and lifecycle management of Bureau Veritas’ OPEX AIRM service portfolio, ensuring scalable, digital, and asset-centric solutions across Oil & Gas and Chemical markets. Your role is essential to strengthen Bureau Veritas’ differentiation, productivity, and growth in advanced inspection, integrity, process safety, and reliability services.

 

You will:

 

  • Define the global strategy and roadmap for the Asset Integrity & Reliability Management portfolio, covering tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, pipelines, and rotating equipment
  • Lead the modernization of the OPEX portfolio by moving from paper-based desktop studies to digital workflows and asset-centric execution
  • Coordinate the development of global master checklists and digital data models to ensure consistency, local customization, and data interoperability
  • Develop, finalize, and deploy global SOPs for integrity, reliability, data collection, digital reporting, and engineering data output
  • Create scalable training curricula and technical materials for AIRM engineers, inspectors, and operational teams
  • Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, resource utilization, reporting automation, cost efficiency, and gross margin performance
  • Support differentiation and growth by developing data-based value propositions, decision-support services, sales enablement, and global best-practice communities

 

 

THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

 

 

Asset Integrity & Reliability Management — You bring deep expertise in RBI, corrosion risk assessment, pipeline integrity, fitness for service, lifetime extension, FMECA, RCM, RAM, predictive maintenance, and spare parts management

 

Inspection Codes & Standards — You master applicable standards such as API 510, 570, 571, 579, 581, 584, 653, DNV RP F116, ASME PCC-3, ASME B31.8S, and ASME B31G

 

Digital Transformation — You understand digital workflows, data models, checklist-based execution, and technology deployment in industrial service environments

 

Product Strategy & Industrialization — You know how to build roadmaps, benchmark markets, structure value propositions, and scale service portfolios globally

 

Operational Excellence — You are able to standardize workflows, automate reporting, optimize resources, reduce delivery time, and improve productivity and margins

 

Leadership & Change Management — You can lead cross-functional, multicultural teams and drive adoption across global, regional, and operational stakeholders

 

Communication & Commercial Awareness — You communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, support go-to-market activities, and contribute to pricing and sales enablement

 

 

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

 

 

You hold a degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Metallurgical, or a related discipline, from an engineering school.

 

You have at least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and Chemicals Inspection, Asset Integrity Management, product management in TIC or industrial services, and digital solution deployment, ideally with a strong interest in Asset Integrity & Reliability Management, digital OPEX solutions, and global service transformation.
