We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team.
Join a dynamic team: Becoming part of our digital department means joining a dynamic and multicultural team that drives innovative, high-impact projects for our organization and clients worldwide.
As a Digital Project Manager within the Back Office Processes & Applications team, you will be in charge of managing contract and billing processes and applications, working closely with our teams in India and our Business Process Managers.
Your main missions:
- Define target processes in collaboration with users.
- Assess and define user needs, write user stories, and design appropriate solutions.
- Lead project follow-up meetings and committees (workshops, project committees, steering committees).
- Scope releases and manage priorities.
- Monitor project progress: planning, milestones, action plans, team capacity, and deadlines.
- Identify and escalate project risks when necessary.
- Oversee the testing phases.
- Manage change: conduct training, create user guides, and communicate updates.
- Ensure smooth production deployment: identify activities in advance, define deployment strategies, and organize knowledge transfer to support/maintenance teams.
Your strengths for success:
- Training and experience: You hold a degree from an engineering or business school and have at least 10 years of experience in managing digital projects (ideally in Finance or O2C domains).
- Personal qualities: You demonstrate rigor, a strong team spirit, autonomy, as well as analytical and synthesis skills.
- Language skills: You have good proficiency in English, allowing you to communicate effectively with our clients, our teams and our international network.
- You are proficient in computer tools and you have good writing and interpersonal skills.
