As part of a Groupe Procurement Team, we are recruiting for our Head Quarters of Bureau Veritas a Procurement Business Process Owner (F-M-D) on a permanent contract.
Reporting to the Group Procurement Excellence Senior Manager, you will join a team of 2 based in Paris.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Your mission is to support the transformation, continuous improvement and excellence across the procurement function, ensuring standardised, efficient and data‑driven procurement processes. Your role is essential to enhance performance, capability development and digital tool alignment.
You will:
- Design, implement and continuously improve standardized procurement processes across the organisation, ensuring compliance and driving harmonisation and scalability across regions and categories.
- Oversee selection, implementation and change‑management of best‑fit procurement technologies (Source‑to‑Contract, Procure‑to‑Pay, analytics and reporting) to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
- Track procurement KPIs and dashboards, driving performance‑improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Support the Procurement Academy by assessing capabilities and designing targeted training programmes that foster a culture of continuous development.
- Act as Procurement ambassador, promoting both the procurement function and group standards internally and externally.

Process optimization & transformation — Ensures the successful deployment and scaling of efficient procurement practices across regions, categories, and business units.

Project & change management — Enables you to lead complex transformation initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Strategic and analytical mindset — Allows you to interpret performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and align procurement actions with business value creation.
Curiosity & innovation in procurement technologies — Drives continuous learning and fosters the adoption of innovative, tech-driven solutions to modernize procurement practices.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
You have 5 years of experience minimum, ideally with a strong interest in digital procurement and process optimisation, including at least 3 years in a strategic sourcing, category management or business‑transformation role.
A Master’s degree in Business/Procurement is required.
Proficiency in French is a plus, but not mandatory — Facilitates collaboration with local stakeholders and supports effective communication within the French-speaking environment.
