Driver

• To provide pick up and/or delivery services for parcels, samples, bottle orders to and from various customer and laboratories;
• Loading and unloading of client coolers/orders in company vehicle to and from the customer’s office or sampling site;
• Maintain good client relations;
• Work responsibly with minimal supervision;
• Maintain assigned vehicle clean and in proper working order;
• All deliveries and pickups must be done as scheduled to respect client’s requests and maintain client satisfaction;
• All pickups must be delivered to laboratory in the shortest delay to meet client’s deadlines;
• Work with customer service group, bottle preparation, sample reception and project managers to provide client with very good service in the shortest delay;
• Report and help bottle preparation team for orders, pickup and delivery schedule;
• Assist in the preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized, professional and time efficient manner• Follow the Standard Operating Procedure established by Bureau Veritas for the preparation of bottle orders;
• Maintenance and organisation of the back warehouse section;
• Adhere to and participate with all Quality Assurance policies and procedures of the organisation.
• Adhere to and participate in all health and safety policies and procedures;

• Minimum high school diploma
• 1 to 3 years of experience on the road
• Driver's license valid in Quebec
• Excellent driving record
• Good knowledge of Montreal and its surroundings
• Bilingual (French and English - spoken and written);
• Excellent interpersonal communication, must be organized;
• The candidate must be responsible, independent, dedicated and motivated with a good team spirit;
• Computer knowledge
• Experience in customer service, an asset
• Flexibility in schedules required
