Within the Design Assessment Department, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of technical teams. You will work in a structured, collaborative, and multicultural environment, at the heart of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore’s operational activities.

 

Join a dynamic team: You will join a team of Administrative Assistants and work closely with technical teams, playing a key role in coordinating administrative, logistical, and organizational activities.

Your contribution will be essential to the smooth functioning of the department and the efficiency of internal processes.

 

Your main missions:

  • Providing administrative support to technical teams, including management of quotations, contracts, and invoicing
  • Handling administrative tasks related to the daily operations of technical departments: purchase order entry, logistical follow-up, and schedule management
  • Organizing business travel and reviewing employees’ expense reports
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings and departmental seminars
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new employees (check-in, badge requests, administrative coordination)

 

Your strengths to succeed:

  • Education and experience : You hold a two-year higher education degree (equivalent to Bac +2) and have significant experience in an administrative assistant role, ideally in a structured or technical environment.
  • Skills and personal qualities : You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and are able to manage priorities effectively.

You are dynamic, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

You are proficient in office tools, particularly Microsoft Office, and have good writing skills

You enjoy working as part of a team and feel comfortable in a multicultural environment

  • Language skills:  You have a good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate effectively with our international network
