Join a dynamic team:

Within the MOC, you will join a team of naval experts who serve as contacts for our clients. These experts provide high-quality interface services and ensure that client requests are processed in line with our procedures, values, and company strategy.

 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the operational pivot of the service, ensuring the smooth administrative and technical functioning of the MOC.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage outgoing and incoming mail, validate time and expense entries via an internal tool, and ensure administrative logistics management (travel, meetings, supplies)
  • Create and maintain supplier records in the Group tool
  • Ensure administrative and regulatory follow-up of vessels (management of classification files, audits, and inspections)
  • Dispatch emails related to inland waterway activities
  • Ensure invoicing
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative and regulatory vessel files
  • Ensure follow-up of technical files and documents

 

Your strengths to succeed:

Education and experience:
With a Bac +2 degree in administrative management, accounting, or business support, you have significant experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical or maritime environment.

 

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in office tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of collaborative tools and IT systems
  • Comfort with databases and administrative management tools
  • Strong writing skills and ability to document processes
  •  

Personal qualities:

  • Rigorous organization and effective priority management
  • Versatility and adaptability when handling varied tasks
  • Service-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with technical experts
  • Proactivity and autonomy in managing assignments
