What You Will Do and Learn

Under the guidance of experts from the Back Office Processes & Tools team, you will be at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives.

Your mission? Support projects aimed at:

• Digitalizing and optimizing management tools to enhance user experience.
• Improving internal business tools to boost operational efficiency and quality.

As a Project Manager’s support, your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing business needs: understanding challenges, proposing tailored solutions, and drafting user stories.
• Monitoring development and testing phases: ensuring quality before production releases.
• Change management support: overseeing go-live, post-deployment follow-up, and user adoption.

You will contribute to strategic projects and collaborate with international teams to develop solutions that transform our organization.

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a focus on digital transformation or project management.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in coordination, project management, or drafting specifications.
• You are comfortable with digital tools and possess strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• You are curious, organized, and eager to tackle technical challenges in an innovative environment.
• You have a good command of English and are motivated to work in an international context.
