Leading a talented, multicultural team across APAC, EMEA, and America, you'll oversee end-to-end solution delivery—from ERP systems and credit management to digital invoicing and contract lifecycle management—while optimizing costs and ensuring operational excellence.

About Bureau Veritas's DxT (Digital Technology) Organization

The DxT organization is the digital backbone of Bureau Veritas Group, delivering innovative technology solutions that power our core business operations. We are responsible for :

  • Foundations & Systems Transformation – Modernizing our IT infrastructure and legacy systems
  • Operational Digital Transformation – Enabling business efficiency through digital innovation
  • IT Infrastructure Management – Overseeing endpoint management, network operations, and system reliability
  • Cybersecurity – Protecting our global operations and data assets
  • Data & Innovation – Driving insights and emerging technology initiatives

 

Key responsibilities:

Digital Solution Delivery

  • Define and execute the digital roadmap for Finance and Legal functions, aligned with Product owners
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions (ERP, credit management, CLM, digital invoicing).
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements, compliance standards, and user experience expectations.
  • Integrate new acquisitions / divestment project
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.

 

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and manage service delivery models for Finance & Legal digital platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Define SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards for internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, analytics, and feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance with Entreprise architecture, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

 

International Team Leadership & Operating Model Transformation

  • Lead and develop a global, multicultural team across APAC / EMEA / America hubs
  • Drive the transformation of the operating model, including nearshore/offshore strategies, shared services, and center‑of‑excellence structures.
  • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and standardized best practices across regions.
  • Manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes.

 

Cost Management & Value Optimization

  • Build and manage the digital solutions budget, ensuring transparency and cost efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs through automation, process redesign, and technology consolidation.
  • Track value realization for all digital initiatives. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Act as the primary liaison contact for Finance, legal leadership community.
  • Facilitate governance, steering committees, and cross‑functional decision‑making.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to ensure alignment and adoption.

  • Service Delivery Performance as per defined SLT
  • On Time Project Delivery
  • TCO control & optimization
  • Customer Satisfaction

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, solution delivery, or technology leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Legal processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, compliance, contract management).
  • Experience managing global teams and complex, multi‑region programs.
  • Proven track record in cost management and technology value optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
