Join a dynamic team: Based in Courbevoie, you will play a key role in the administrative and financial management of Research & Development (R&D) projects.
Your knowledge and expertise will contribute to ensuring the financial soundness and long-term viability of our projects.
Reporting to the Head of Management Control, you will participate in budget preparation and take responsibility for the financial management of both national (BPI France, ADEME, IRT, ANRT, etc.) and European (European Commission, Interreg, CITEPH, InnoFund, etc.) R&D projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Financial management of R&D projects:
 
Monitor ongoing R&D projects (including the Research Tax Credit – Crédit d’Impôt Recherche, CIR), implement procedures, estimate project costs, and track grants and subsidies (SAR, SCA). Collect and consolidate financial data from relevant departments for project reporting and analysis.
- Operational coordination:
 
Act as an interface between Project Managers and Engineers to gather required information for project files (technical documentation, technological monitoring, regulatory tracking, archiving). Adapt information to meet funding body requirements and prepare progress and financial reports.
- Financial and regulatory expertise:
 
Conduct active regulatory monitoring, review certification documentation, and liaise with auditors and external accounting firms for audits and certification processes.
Your profile:
- Degree (minimum Bachelor’s level) with at least 5 years of experience in administrative and financial management or financial project management.
 - Solid understanding of project monitoring, financial statements, and accounting principles (P&L, balance sheet).
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools, collaborative platforms, and office software, with advanced Excel skills required.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational and project management skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities, especially in multicultural environments.
 - Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.
 - Knowledge of funding mechanisms, financing formats, and the R&D ecosystem would be a strong advantage.
