You will actively contribute to structuring the offering, developing partnerships, and enhancing Bureau Veritas’ visibility in this specific market.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and lead the global development strategy for the naval segment
• Provide market insights and strategic data to support management decision-making
• Animate and coordinate the internal network (regions, experts, support functions) around strategy and objectives
• Develop and implement targeted growth programs
• Actively contribute to commercial actions and key account management
• Define and deploy the marketing plan dedicated to the naval market
• Strengthen Bureau Veritas’ external visibility (conferences, publications, industry events)
• Contribute to the development of new offerings (classification rules, technical services, non-class solutions)
• Provide technical and regulatory support to clients and promote the full range of Bureau Veritas services

Your profile:

• Education and experience: Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or equivalent

Proven experience in business development within the naval or defense sector, including strategic or leadership responsibilities

• Technical and business skills: In-depth knowledge of naval vessel technologies

Strong understanding of defense procurement processes

Good awareness of global geopolitical dynamics

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities

Leadership, influence, and strong collaborative mindset

Excellent communication and networking skills

Results-oriented with the ability to lead complex initiatives

• Languages: Fluency in French and English is required in an international environment
