Support our teams in a dynamic HR environment

Within the Human Resources Department at our headquarters in Courbevoie, you will join a committed team responsible for managing our talent and directly contributing to strategic human resources activities.

 

In this maternity leave replacement context, you will take charge of talent management and ensure the continuity of HR activities for a period of 6 months, working closely with all management teams to support managers and employees across the full scope of HR operations.

 

Your main responsibilities

Managerial Advice and Support

Advise and support managers on day-to-day HR matters

Provide support to employees on their HR questions

Participate in the management of individual situations and resolution of HR issues

 

Administrative Management and Employee File Tracking

Prepare and monitor individual employee files

Manage administrative procedures related to employment contracts

Maintain up-to-date HR databases

 

Annual HR Campaign Management

Support the rollout of annual evaluation and development campaigns

Participate in salary review campaigns

Contribute to Talent Review processes and talent management

Ensure monitoring and documentation of these processes

 

Recruitment Management

Conduct recruitment interviews and participate in candidate selection

Develop and propose salary offers

Ensure follow-up on new employee integration

Participate in school forums, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives

 

Cross-Functional Activities

Participate in ad-hoc HR projects

Monitor developments in labor law regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

 

Your strengths to succeed

Education and Experience

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Labor Law and/or specialization in Human Resources Management
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Good knowledge of main HR processes

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office 365 Suite)
  • Comfort with HR tools and ability to adapt to internal systems
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to formalize processes

 

Language Skills

Operational English, enabling you to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an international context
