Would you like to put your analytical and organizational skills to work on high-impact digital projects?

Join our Digital Department, within the DS&T team, based in La Défense (Paris area, France).

Within a dynamic and multicultural team, you will actively contribute to the implementation of digital transformation projects aimed at improving customer experience and enhancing performance management.

Your main responsibilities

Under the supervision of a manager within the DS&T team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of digital projects, from business needs analysis to production deployment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to propose appropriate solutions;
• Writing user guides to support change management;
• Defining user stories and drafting functional specifications;
• Monitoring developments and participating in testing phases (UAT) before production release;
• Collaborating with business and technical teams in an international and fast-paced environment.

Your strengths to succeed

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in engineering, business, or university studies, with a specialization in project management, information systems, or digital transformation;

You ideally have initial experience in functional analysis, project coordination, or change management;

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma is a plus;

You demonstrate rigor, adaptability, proactivity, and enjoy working in a team environment;

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling you to work effectively in an international context.
