As part of the growth of our business in France, we are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator to strengthen our team.

The position can be based in Saint-Herblain (Nantes area), Courbevoie - La Défense (Paris area), or Marseille.

Acting as a key interface between customers, technical teams, and operational stakeholders, you will play an essential role in managing commercial opportunities, coordinating projects, and supporting business growth.

 

This position offers a progressive development path toward broader commercial responsibilities within a stimulating and highly technical environment.

 

Your Main Responsibilities

Provide Administrative Support and Commercial Coordination

During an initial phase, you will actively contribute to the management and coordination of commercial activities:

  • Manage the administrative aspects of sales opportunities and customer accounts, while ensuring contractual deadlines are met;
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the sales pipeline;
  • Coordinate interactions between clients, technical teams, and inspection centers;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and related documentation in collaboration with technical experts;
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to monitor business activity;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial and administrative processes;
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and commercial meetings;
  • Conduct market and competitor intelligence to anticipate industry trends and opportunities.

 

Support Business Development Activities

As you progressively develop your skills and expertise, you will become increasingly involved in business development activities:

  • Analyse client needs and contribute to the development of tailored solutions;
  • Develop a portfolio of prospects and customers through a proactive business development approach;
  • Participate in commercial and operational reviews with clients.

 

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales Administration, Management, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or technical sales role;
  • Experience within the maritime, industrial, or technical services sectors would be a strong advantage;
  • Proven ability to support business growth and sale value-added services.

 

Technical Skills

  • Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach;
  • Good listening, analytical, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to draft commercial proposals and technical offers with clarity and accuracy;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce;
  • Interest in technical subjects and the maritime industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Curious, dynamic, and results-driven;

Languages

  • Fluent in French
  • Good professional level of English, both written and spoken;
  • You are comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
