Bureau Veritas International is seeking an experienced NDT Radiographic Testing (RT) Film Review Inspector to join our growing Inspection Services team. In this critical role, you will evaluate radiographic films, assess weld quality, and ensure compliance with international standards. Your expertise will support major industrial projects across manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
Project Duration: Fixed Term - (Extendable)
Project Base: Onshore & Offshore
Qualification:
- Minimum 10+ years experience in NDE inspection of structural and piping welding for onshore fabrication and offshore topsides.
- Required NDE qualification certifications to, ASNT Level 3/2 or equivalent in RT/ UT / PAUT / TOFD / MT/ PT.
- Must be fluent in Written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Professional communication and report-writing abilities.
- Proven expertise in weld inspection and defect identification.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze RT films for quality, density, contrast, and clarity.
- Identify and document defects, discontinuities, and anomalies in welds and components.
- Evaluate welds for cracks, porosity, lack of fusion, inclusions, and other defects.
- Compare findings against acceptance criteria and contract specifications.
- Determine severity levels and recommend corrective actions.
- Project management or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of pressure equipment, pipeline, or structural welding codes.
