QHSE Lead Auditor (Arabic Speaker)

Purpose of the Position
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated QHSE Lead Auditor to join our team. If you are passionate about quality,health, safety, and environmental management systems and possess strong auditing expertise, we invite you to apply.
The QHSE Lead Auditor will be responsible for conducting professional audits in accordance with applicablestandards and Bureau Veritas requirements. As many organizations transition toward integrated managementsystems, the incumbent is expected to be qualified across multiple schemes and contribute to both IMS andadditional frameworks such as ISMS/BCMS, along with various second‑party audits as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits in line with ISO 19011, BV Management System, and BVC MER Operations Manual.
- Maintain full adherence to the BV Code of Ethics, confidentiality requirements, and quality assurancesystems.
- Stay updated with current regulatory requirements, technologies, and scheme developments.
- Manage the audit cycle efficiently—from planning to reporting.
- Collaborate with the audit team leader and coordinate effectively throughout the audit.
- Report any unexpected situations or challenges encountered during audits.
- Follow confirmed audit schedules and maintain professional conduct at all times.
- Protect and properly use company assets (laptops, accessories, documents, etc.).
- Adhere to terms and conditions of employment, including BV policies.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure alignment with LTO for audits, qualifications, and reporting.
- Support the sales team by identifying and sharing potential business leads.

- Customer feedback rating ≥ 4.0/5.0
- Zero behavioral complaints and full avoidance of conflict-of-interest situations
- Compliance with environmental and safety standards
- Continuous improvement in competencies (e.g., new standard qualifications, tutor roles)
- Timely defect resolution and closure of NCRs
- Timeliness in reporting and marking assessments
- Cost‑effective and timely travel planning
- Achievement of required utilization rate
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a medium or large industrial environment.
- Hands‑on experience in planning, production, QA/QC, maintenance, or project management.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in relevant schemes (QMS, EMS, OHSAS).
- First, second, or third‑party auditing experience is an added advantage.
