About the Role
Bureau Veritas Qatar is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Doha. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business lines, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong and diverse pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy tracking
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with Qatar labour law and BV internal policy
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly within the oil and gas sector
- Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to HR and business stakeholders
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house or agency capacity
- Proven experience recruiting within the oil and gas market sector
- Prior recruitment experience in the Qatar market is essential
- Strong multitasking ability, with experience managing several vacancies simultaneously
- Proactive, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Qatar labour law and local hiring practices
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
