Job Description:- Technical Coordinator

  • Manage inspection and testing schedules across multiple projects and sites; liaise between technical teams, clients, and management.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, certificates, compliance records, and audit trails.
  • Review reports and test data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory requirements; flag non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain technical databases, inspection results, certifications, and performance metrics.
  • Support inspectors and field teams with technical guidance and resource planning.
  • Co-ordination & Communication with multi-level engineering & other departments
  • Experience in Microsoft offices, MS teams and pdf, etc.

 

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent, Mechanical Engineering is preferred
    • Experience 5+years in inspection, testing, certification, or quality assurance; familiarity with TPIA operations.
    • Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Preferred experience in TPIA inspection agencies.
    • Oil & Gas, Industrial Experience
