Technician- PWHT

Job Description:

• Developing and implementing PWHT procedures based on industry standards and client requirements.
• Monitoring and controlling the PWHT process parameters, such as temperature, time, and heating/cooling rates.
• Performing non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure the quality and integrity of the PWHT process.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the PWHT process.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the PWHT process.
• Providing technical support and guidance to welders, fabricators, and other team members involved in the welding and fabrication process.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualification

1. • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
   • Technical or vocational training in welding, materials science, or a related field.
   • Formal education in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or a similar discipline is often preferred.
   • Proficiency in interpreting and folllwing PWHT procedures and specifications.
   • Ability to operate and maintain PWHT equipment, including temperature controllers and other related instruments.
